About Us Fees and Insurance

Our patients deserve and receive high-quality dental care. We strive to keep our fees reasonable, while maintaining our standard of excellence in staff, training, materials, facilities, equipment and customer service to our patients. Payment is expected at the time of the visit, unless specific arrangements have been made. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted, in addition to cash and personal checks.

For general dentistry patients with dental insurance, payment in full is expected at the first visit. At subsequent visits, our office will gladly file your insurance form for you, accept payments on your behalf, and provide your insurance company with all the information necessary for payment. However, we cannot be responsible for your insurance company?s action on your claim.

If your insurance plan is an HMO, a PPO, or pays different benefits for ?in-network? and ?out-of-network? dentists, it is your responsibility to verify whether or not our office is part of your network. Most insurance cards list a toll-free number to call to locate providers in your area.

All fees for any restorative treatment will be discussed with you in advance.
