We work with two separate third-party credit providers. Applications are available in our offices and our staff can fully explain your options.

What insurance plans do you accept?
Insurance companies offer many different plans to employers. Our business staff would need to know your employer and the details of your particular plan to determine if we are participating providers.

Will you file my insurance claims for me?
Our business staff will file your claim electronically with your insurance provider.

Can you quote fees over the phone?
No, but we would be happy to set up a consultation appointment to discuss treatment options and the fees involved.
